Building American Manufacturing From The Ground Up
Jeremy Bower has a genuine appreciation for what it takes to build a real manufacturing business in America. For him, founding Givr Packaging was not a brand exercise but a builder’s commitment. He embraces the daily challenges of running a domestic manufacturer, viewing each constraint as a chance to engineer a better product and a stronger company.
In partnership with brand owners and supply chain leaders, Jeremy has refined his approach to designing packaging that performs at every link of a customer’s operation. He understands the realities of sourcing, production, and procurement, and crafts solutions that address current demand while anticipating where the category is heading. While he is committed to durability and unit economics, Jeremy also believes in pushing what custom corrugated can do. His approach is not simply about producing boxes. It is about building enduring American manufacturing capacity in a category that rewards substance.

Each conversation is grounded in how packaging is actually made, sold, and shipped, ensuring brands receive guidance that holds up in a procurement review. Jeremy’s commitment to direct, plainspoken leadership pushes partners toward better decisions and a higher standard of work.
Jeremy Bower's Story
Jeremy Bower’s path into American manufacturing started early, on the production floor. While studying at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, he took on a series of internships that gave him a firsthand look at how paper, tissue, and chemistry come together to make the products supply chains rely on. From SCA Tissue to Buckman Laboratories to Domtar Paper, he spent his summers learning the technical realities of process engineering before most of his peers had set foot in a plant.
After graduation, Jeremy worked as a process engineer at Enzymatic Deinking Technologies before joining Interstate Container, where he moved through new product development, account management, and sales leadership over nearly seven years. In 2017, he founded Givr Packaging in Melbourne, Florida, and has spent the last nine years building it into one of the nation’s fastest growing packaging companies. He also serves as a guest lecturer and CPG board member and returns to SUNY ESF as a guest lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering, sharing what he has learned about management in industry with the next generation of operators.
